The Quality Management Policy of Voxo is focused primarily on our customers and the services that we provide.We aim for a complete and comprehensive satisfaction of the requirements, expectations and needs of our customers and other interested parties (partners, personnel, suppliers, society) by continual quality improvement of our products and services.
Voxo aims for the following:
CUSTOMERS – maintain high quality of services delivered to our customers as well as continuous improvement of all aspects of these services in order to maximise the efficiency of the customers and improve the efficiency of their business activity. We will also aim for constant surveys of customer requirements and their fulfilment by delivering products and services of desired quality to them.
EMPLOYEES – In view of our customer-oriented quality policy employees are the most important asset of the company in achieving high quality of services and meeting customer expectations. The readiness of our staff for continuous improvement of qualifications, skills and professionalism, as well as the personal integrity and duty is essential. Therefore, we will work for motivating the employees by providing the optimal mixture of working environment, appropriate training initiatives and workshops to boost employee’s creativity, intelligence and qualifications.
SOCIETY – A basic obligation of Voxo as a company is to provide all necessary conditions for maintenance and functioning of the Quality ManagementSystem and thus to improve continually the quality of the company’s products and services with conformity to the operative national and international standards for this field. Increasing the engagement of the company towards the society, as for protection of the environment, health and safety of the population is one of the aspects of our quality policy.
SUPPLIERS – Voxo is working for establishing relations with suppliers and partners based on mutual trust, leading to improving and rising of the effectiveness of the cooperation and the benefits of the common activities as well as increasing the number of suppliers and partners.
OWNERS – Voxo also focus on satisfying the needs and expectations of owners and investors.

Following this Quality Policy, Voxo is committed to operate the entire company under the disciplines and control of a Quality Management System conforming to the international standard ISO9001:2015, planned and developed jointly with our other management functions.

We are all committed to operate continuously the QMS and its implementation, conducting official management review and confirming the adequacy of this Policy at least once per year, inorder to express our continual commitment with it.
